Calling them directly (+39 055 294883) to reserve tickets for the Uffizi Gallery or L'Accademia is a good idea or if you let me know, I can do this for you!
Also available now is the Firenze Card. It is good for 72 hours and lets you enter more than 30 museums without reservations and includes public transportation.
